1. That covers all I wanted to talk about today. I hope it's not been too discouraging. To sum up, we must focus on cutting back on labor costs to offset our dropping profit margins. I'd like to conclude by saying that this doesn't mean we need to have massive layoffs. I'm just trying to show how our current workers must become more efficient. Now I'd like to invite your comments as I'm sure you're all worried how this will affect your place here.
