Universal Access to Excellence in Education There is a digital divide that separates the "haves" and the "have-nots." The divide separates rich and poor, developed countries from underdeveloped countries, and skilled from unskilled learners. The digital divide can be conquered through the collaboration of educators, researchers, businesses, opinion leaders and others who can help create the right climate for learning. We are currently working with and exploring partnerships with missionaries, International NGO's, and organizations working with the disabled.
